Well if you remember, at the end of the season, it looked like Barbie was gonna be dead soon, as it turns out, thats not the case.
The one at the end was unexpected, assuming what we were lead to think actually happened. I think this episode had a little different feel to it. Probably from Stephen King's personal attention.
I forgot about the chosen 4.
IF Angie did die last week, wonder how thats gonna play with the 4 people that it needs to see into the dome.
Well Steven King wrote it so of course it is confusing. But I do believe that Angie got axed in the last scene. So that is two main characters killed in one episode, and yet they still have new people coming out of the woodwork in this town under the dome.
Maybe Angie has been replaced by the drowning girl (or someone else)... Perhaps because Angie did not learn the lesson and said she still wanted to kill big Jim, she was unworthy of being a chosen one.
That reason makes sense. I'm going to miss her skimpy shirts on the show.
What I also thought was interesting that it looks like Jr's mom is still alive. Was her death faked?
Also on the whole should Big Jim be killed or not, I wonder if because Julia being the monarch decreed that he should live that the dome is now abiding by her wishes and that is why Angie was punished for rebelling?

I don't think Jr's Mom is alive, I think it was just a flashback of sorts .... we've had other people show up and talk to them as well.
I don't think Big Jim should be killed off, I think it would be bad for the show, who would take his place being a PAIN in Chesterfield ?
I'm sure some unknown townie would come out of the wood work to take his place. Remember the drug head girl last season who shot Julia? She came out of no where and then her mother who drowned while tied up in the boat. Now the brother of Big Jim suddenly comes in view after being out of sight for years. Not to mention that girl who popped up in the lake out of now where. It is getting a bit ridiculous.
At the end they showed her painting a new picture of him, and on the TV there was news coverage of the mysterious dome...
