Yep, especially the "Starsky and Hutch" lines they used in a couple of episodes. I have the same issue with De Lancie...maybe he did it intentionally, but he's always Q to me as well. TNG, SG1, Torchwood...he's always Q...
I remember him as Eugene Bradford on Days of our Lives.
