Signal booster?

I have two Dish Network dishes and every spring my neighbors trees blot out the signal from the dish that receives 110. Is there anything I can do -- other than cutting off his branches -- to help the dish get the signal? Or am I doomed to downgrade from Dish 180 to Dish 120 every May until November?

Not really unless you can find another location for your antenna, if your line of sight is blocked you may need to get the branch cutter out!!

Yep.. can't boost a signal that is getting blocked before it gets to the dish. Time to break out the flame thrower. (And the missus said it would be a waste.. ha!)
