After disney and Directv signed a new contract after the dispute over the summer, there was talk that disney+ and hulu were going to be included in certain programming tiers. Has anyone heard what programming tiers will have disney and hulu, or when they will be added? Just curious. This is the official directv press release, https://www.directv.com/insider/disney-resolution/

Will probably be a while before we see that happen. Somewhere I read they are looking to create smaller packages and that is when it could come into play. Until they debut new packages I wouldn't expect to see anything, and if we do it would probably be a streaming add-on like they do with Peacock.

If the merger proceeds it could delay that, or it may not, but that could blow up any day now.

That makes sense. I appreciate the information, and I'll keep an eye out regarding the new packages.

I was just curious as black Friday streaming sales are coming up soon.

It certainly looks like the merger is toast, guess we'll know for sure on November 22. Appreciate it.
