Pryor leaving OSU

He has good endorsements(Gruden, among others) and the intent is to groom to possibly be a starter in approx. 3 years. He has a pro body and arm and he is CLEARLY willing to work alot more than Jamarcus Fat-ass. Very athletic ...maybe enough to move to another position. As a 3rd or 4th round, I do not think it's that much of a risk. As opposed to Fat-ass, who got guarenteed money as the overall #1 pick, Pryor will be hungry to prove people wrong....as long as you dangle the carrot infront of him, I think he is willing to put the effort. Win-win IF he is picked 3rd or lower.

Personally, I think because of his size and the coaching he has gotten, he can be much better than Tebow.

I hope your right, but in watching him thru college, they kept saying he's gotten much better as a passer, but I never saw it.
He still Floats the ball way too much.

The person Gruden was happiest to see was Pryors WR Dane Sanzenbacher ..... Gruden pointed out that Pryor won this MVP and that MVP of the game award, but it was SANZENBACHER that saved his bacon and made great plays for Pryor.

Got a feeling if Gruden was still Coaching, Sanzenbacher would be on HIS team.

Word out of Oakland from my buddies, there is alot of talk that the Raiders will take him in the 3rd, if he is still available. He did his 40s in 4.41 and 4.38, unofficially.

It's a lock once Al see those numbers!! IF they can run fast, Davis wants them.

Pryor's agent said he will sign, play any position asked and will not appeal suspension.

So you are saying, he will walk into any lockerroom... regardless of the veteran leadership...and just take over? He was a "cancer" at OSU because they let him. I doubt a veteran in ANY locker room will let that happen.

Just asking, YOU being a Browns fan...you are saying that there would be NO veteran on your team that would not straighten his ass out? IF you do not think so, that does not say much about your teams leadership.

Bigger names? Like who? His school? His coach? Both were just pit stops. When your the #1 QB going into college, your plan is the NFL. Not a degree. Please tell me, I am curious to know.

IF he goes to Washington or Cincinnati, and showed ANY signs of improvement, the temptation would be too great to start him...and he maybe physically ready, but he ain't mentally ready. In Oakland, he WILL hold a clipboard for at least 2 years.

Reports from my buddies back in Oakland is that the Raiders would like him as the possible future QB. Especially with how Hue Jackson worked with Joe Flacco and help make him one the better QBs in the league.
