Pryor leaving OSU

Comparing TP to JaFat Russell:

Brains: Even (Both are dumb as rocks on and off the field. Certainly neither are students of the game)
Arm: Even (Yep. They can both sling the ball far)
Leadership skills: Even (Both have no leadership qualities)
Accuracy: Even (Both had barely a 60% career completion percentage at college)
Athleticism: TP. (He's in better physical shape and is quicker than JaFat.)

So, as you see, in all standard measurements of a QB, both TP and JaFat are nearly carbon copies of eachother. Where they are different is solely in the athleticism.

Comparing TP to JaFat Russell:

Brains: Even (Both are dumb as rocks on and off the field. Certainly neither are students of the game) That is what happens when you Tressell calling that "wide open" offense.
Arm: Even (Yep. They can both sling the ball far) Not even close. IF JaMarcus Fat-ass had ANYTHING, he had the strongest arm in the NFL hands down. Pryor has a good strong arm, but not in the same league.
Leadership skills: Even (Both have no leadership qualities) One was controlled for most of his college career(Pryor) and the other had his playbook so simple that my 6 year old son could run the offense(Fat-Ass) so leadership was not needed. I didn't you complain about his leadership skills in wins in the Sugar Bowl and the Rose Bowl.;)

The last two, I would agree. So, as you see, in all standard measurements of a QB, both TP and JaFat are nearly carbon copies of eachother. Where they are different is solely in the athleticism.

4 Years of college coaching to 2 and only one as a full time starter. NOTHING is as black and white as you make it.

The funniest part of this whole discussion is how much you crusaded for this guy when things were roses at OSU, but now....LOL!

According to John Clayton: The five-game suspension of T. Pryor will cost him $100,294 of his $375,000 salary in 2011. He's not challenging that suspension.

Pryor's first game eligible to play? Cleveland Browns, Oct. 16th. Of course it is!!!

I think that the Raiders have had only had 3 superstar QB's,Daryl Lamonica,Kenny Stabler,& Jim Plunkett.Debatably,George Blanda could be added as the 4th superstar QB. If Pryor has an arm(like Doug Williams) that can throw the bomb,it doesn't matter how smart or dumb he is,Al will keep him as QB.

Rich Gannon wasn't too shabby.
