Price Increase Feb. 2009?

Is it true will Dish raise the price of programming in Feb. 2009? If it is true, any ideas on what the price of programming will be (A.T.100, A.T.200, & A.T.250)? Also will the HD price increase? Any information that you could give would be appreciated. Thanks.
