PAX Going to all Infomercials

Here are two articles which I found courtest of DbsTalk, which tell of Paxson Communications future plans to go all infomercials, paid advertising etc. I just cannot believe that this channel is still around since it is pure garbage basically with all the infomercials. I hope it is the beginning of the end for this network. There is opposition however by NBC Universal.

What is really sad is that here in Tampa Bay PAX actually has the rights to show Devil Rays and Orlando Magic games. It's strange seeing a MLB/NBA game on such a crap channel. I hope this means the coverage will move to a channel that has HD capabilities.

Too bad, because Doc, Sue Thomas F.B.Eye, and Young Blades are three of the best (and apparently least known) shows anywhere.

I dont watch the channel anyways so it makes no difference to me.
