NHL 2011-12 Season

Of couse they are. ;) Truth is that the list has not been leaked out at all and is being held close within the Blue Jacket organization and is only known by a select few.

Yeah, who knows for sure. It would be kinda funny if Nash vetoed a trade from the team with the worst record in the league to a team with the best!

Sandra, Don't forget that if Nash does get traded to the Rangers you are not locked into having him for the rest of his contract. They could easily trade for him for a playoff run and then trade him away if things don't work out. The no movement and trade clause do not follow him once he is traded. The new team does not have to honor those pieces of the contract anymore. If you did trade for him with a couple of players and a prospect, I am sure you could get your money worth back during the off season.

The Rangers could also trade for a All-Star center with Jeff Carter and it wouldn't cost them nearly as much as Nash. The Jackets are really trying to move Carter as well. His contract goes until 2022 and is only $5.5M a year.

Think the Wings are going to trade Ty Conklin? We certainly don't need him with Mac on the bench, but I don't know if he has much value on the trade market...

Wings placed Ty Conklin on waivers this afternoon. I wonder if he will clear or will another team pick him up?

Wings lose 2-1 tonight against the Blackhawks

Both Goalies played very well (Wings and Hawks).

Good battle all night.

Oh, btw, that was a Road game, Wings Home streak still alive, but the Canucks are next at home and thats where I have been thinking they will have the streak snapped.

Hope I'm wrong though.
