NFL preseason 2010-2011 Official discussion thread!

Game....LMAO!! There is no race baiting here. It has nothing to do with his race.
He missed ALL of his OTAs, we get it. He has a huge hissing fit for not wanting to play 3-4...we got that too. So he does the sprints till when? The 1st day, he had run the 2 they wanted him to run. But because he had a break too long in between the sprints...they made him run another one. Which he failed.

Again, the coaches job is to improve the team...not getting into a pissing contest.

Try the race baiting somewhere else junior.....your barking up the wrong tree!;)

Whatever, dude. Posters on this board do send PM's to each other. Like I said people know your game.

You stick up for a guy who agreed to take a 21 million dollar bonus, when he knew they were going to the 4-3. This is on Haynesworth, not Shanny. BTW, if you come to OTA's you don't need to do the test, he wanted to be an a-hole and skip it.

I don't why they don't just trade him instead of this stupidity. This is doing nothing but make BOTH the player look foolish and the coach look like some idiot with either a vendetta or something to prove. The player bitched...has shown up camp on time, has basically shut his mouth and has done what he was asked of since he flapped his gums.

This has assured me why I thought this coach is a douche bag. He was a underwear stain in Denver and obviously, he still is in Washington.

Had he been in OTA's he wouldn't be where he is now.

:up:up:up:up:up:up

Casey Hampton came into camp out of shape one year, coach made a example out of him but come regular season time he was one of the best nose tackles there is. The coach IMO is just trying to show him he is superior to the player, granted I do think he( Haynesworth) should just shut up and play, he signed a contract.

My point though is come regular season he will be ready to play, D lineman are big guys who hate camp.

Dude, from ALL the post that I have sent out, does it sound like I care what people say about me? Really? LOL! I mean, WHO is the one that called me "jock sniffer" and now a racists?

Let's argue the situation. He missed the OTAs....Haynesworth fault. He made that bed, he has to lay in it. He agreed to a bonus after they were gonna make a change...also, tough cookies. EVERY point you made above, I did not dispute.

BUT, as stated in the article, on day one, he completed the 2 that was requested of him. Shanna-a$$, did not like that there was too long a rest between the two and made him run a 3rd...something the OTHER PLAYERS did not have to do. And therefore, he failed the 3rd attempt.

So, day one, you are pissed you prized defensive player and one of your top players CHOSE to not show up to OTAs...you as a coach, are pissed, and to prove who is the head co...ah...rooster, you make him run extra lapse. Ok, we got it...your pissed and want to teach him a lesson.

Ok, come day two....you are gonna continue because of what? Improve his technique? Make him a better DT? To get him in shape? Really? Seriously?

didn't disagree with that what's so ever. He had the whole team rebelled against Haynesworth for missing OTAs...and deservedly so. But the point was made on day one. Time to move along to make him and the team better. simple as that.

Has he even passed a physical yet ?

Btw, Shanahan will do more for the Skins than Haynesworth will.

Ravens lost CB Foxworth for the season to a torn something. Gauthier was also carted off the field with an apparent back injury, he's still being assessed (Edit: looks like it's being reported as cramps now).

This afternoon Dez Bryant went down with an ankle injury, MRI scheduled. He had to be assisted off the field.

Pat White was not at Dolphins training camp this morning, and the Dolphins wouldn't talk about why.

You are completely wrong, I've been in a competitive banter with Salsa for a LONG time now and I can tell you he does not stick up for just non-whites.

I am an equal opportunity hater! LOL!

I find it funny cause my favorite all time football player is Dave Casper, he is what started my love for the Raiders and he is....OMG....he's white!

My favorite baseball player, outside of Roberto Clemente was....Good GOD, Johnny Bench....and could you believe this, HE is white too!

And growing up as a kid, I was a HUGE 76ers fan, and my favorite players was not Dr. J ....it was that skinny guy that use to dunk on EVERYONE....

...BOBBY JOOOOOOONNNNEEESSSSSSSS!!!

...and you guess it...he too was white.

I don't know. IF he did not, then why is he on the field? The Players Union would not allow it. I just think Shanna-douche did not want him on his team from day one.

He may do more for the team, but that team cannot win without Haynesworth. He is the best player on the defense by a long shot and his aggressive play make it easier for everyone else. There is not doubt he is one of the better, if not top 5 DT in the NFL.

That Foxworth injury sucked big time. Out for the year. Lemme snoop around to see what I can find out about Pat White. There have been heavy rumors that they will be toning down that "wildcat" that they loved last year now that Henne has estblished himself as the new sherrif in town.

Yeah, apparently they might have asked him to become a WR, he twittered over the summer about wanting to go into baseball rather than playing WR.... they could have also told him to stay home while they explore trade options.

Jeebus.

Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch -- who really should consider using his Twitter account more often -- reports that the Rams have offered unsigned No. 1 overall pick Sam Bradford a deal that exceeds $72 million over six seasons.

Bradford, of course, has yet to accept.

Last year's No. 1 overall pick, Matthew Stafford of the Lions, received a six-year, $72 million contract with $41.75 million guaranteed. It's unclear how much guaranteed money the Rams have offered Bradford.
