I am glad we have reasonable Steeler fans on this forum, on other forums I frequent they've lost their mind and are calling it a travesty that Ben was suspended and Vince Young was not.
I don't why they don't just trade him instead of this stupidity. This is doing nothing but make BOTH the player look foolish and the coach look like some idiot with either a vendetta or something to prove. The player bitched...has shown up camp on time, has basically shut his mouth and has done what he was asked of since he flapped his gums.
This has assured me why I thought this coach is a douche bag. He was a underwear stain in Denver and obviously, he still is in Washington.
Yeah, hilarious, but I think they're just setting themselves up to be able to win a grievance, and they're maybe drills he's not intended to be able to pass. Isn't the guy 350? He completed 2 300 of the 3 300 yard sprints yesterday... that's 2 more than I'd be able to complete.
Fat boy should earn his check, just like everyone else. He can run until he's in shape. It isn't the coaches fault he stuffed himself with cheeseburgers all off-season and showed up to camp out of shape.
IF a 7 year $100 million contract with a record $41 million guaranteed isn't enough incentive to get and stay in shape, I don't know what is!

Game....LMAO!! There is no race baiting here. It has nothing to do with his race.
He missed ALL of his OTAs, we get it. He has a huge hissing fit for not wanting to play 3-4...we got that too. So he does the sprints till when? The 1st day, he had run the 2 they wanted him to run. But because he had a break too long in between the sprints...they made him run another one. Which he failed.
Again, the coaches job is to improve the team...not getting into a pissing contest.
Try the race baiting somewhere else junior.....your barking up the wrong tree!
