Heiden was one of my favorite players. He always played hard....Browns have cut TE Steve Heiden
Seahawks have signed TE Chris Baker
Delhomme signs a two year contractThe Cleveland Browns reportedly signed quarterback Jake Delhomme out of free agency to a two year deal.
Delhomme comes to Cleveland shortly after the Browns acquired Seneca Wallace through a trade with the Seattle Seahawks.
The former Carolina Panthers quarterback was also being sought after by the New Orleans Saints.
In Delhomme's last season with the Panthers he threw for 2,015 yards and 8 touchdowns.
I'll be surprised if Delhomme doesn't start. Like Adam Schefter just said on Twitter, they're paying him $7 million next year, he won't be sitting on the bench (yet).
Latest I heard was LT going to the Jets is more likely, they have the better O line and are in NEED of a quality RB.

From a Cleveland TV station. Pretty funny how they made no mention of his 18 INTs.![]()
Well, I finally got one rightLT has signed a 2 year contract with the Jets.
They've sent another former first round pick to the AFC West, LB Kamerion Wimbley is now a Raider.
For the Browns, the move closes the books on one of the worst recent trades since the Cowboys pillaged the Vikings in exchange for Herschel Walker more than 20 years ago. Cleveland gave up a high second-round pick in 2007 and a first-round pick in 2008 for the ability to pick Quinn. To the extent that anyone is still interested in trading for Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb, that price tag should be kept in mind.

Totally shocked by this. I would have bet a month's pay that he'd sign with the Vikings.
