The Bengals were just awful. The receivers couldn't catch the ball and Dalton couldn't hit the broad side of a barn.

Very true,I'll say this,they should keep Giovanni Brenard in 85% of the time.The kid is great.Not sure if they think he is fragile,or he isn't as good blocking as Ellis,or what,but if I'm the coach Gio is my starter.

Based on all reports I have read...blocking is his weakness AND they think its really bad.

What a game!Dolphins win on a safety,a lot of turnovers but a win is a win.On the acl note,looks like Geno Atkins is out for the season with acl tear.

It was the third overtime safety in NFL history. The others were by the Vikings against the Rams in 1989 and the Bears against the Titans in 2004.

If he is able to return this season it would be nothing short of miraculous.Heart valve replacement takes a good deal of recovery time.I would imagine Del Rio will be the interim coach.

My dad had quadruple pass surgery. And I am sure Fox is in a lot better shape than he is. My prayers go out to him for a speedy recovery.

With the Lions having their bye this week, only game I'm concerned with is tomorrow's MNF. If the Bears beat the Packers, then all 3 teams will be tied at 5-3 and we'll have an interesting 2nd half of the season in the NFC North.
