Well just in case,I have amazon Prime so I can watch it free there. As far as the Philadelphia Eagles go,they looked good on week one,but I want to see if they can still play at this pace on week 16. I wonder if they'll get beat up playing this style. 17 weeks is a long time in the NFL.

Im thinking by the middle of the season, NFL D Co, have this offense figured out enough to slow it down some.
I hope Im wrong though.

What a bad weekend for my teams. The whole AFC Central lost.

I wouldn't trust San Diego to guard a cookie jar for 21 minutes, let alone a 21-point lead

It's time...

...to move Dallas over to the NFC South and Carolina over to the NFC East. Also, swap Baltimore and Indianapolis...Baltimore to AFC South (they are south of the Mason-Dixon line don't ya know) and Indianapolis to AFC North. Viola! Regional integrity maintained. :)

NFC East
Carolina
NY Giants
Philadephia
Washington

NFC South
Atlanta
Dallas
New Orleans
Tampa Bay

Even though it's geographically challenged, the NFL would never separate the four NFC East teams......too many great rivalries.

The AFC East also has great rivalries, but they're not anywhere near as strong as the NFC East ones. For that reason, I could see the NFL doing a three way switch in the future..........Dolphins to AFC South, Ravens to AFC East and Colts to AFC North. IMO, the three divisions that should NEVER be touched are the NFC East, NFC North (old "black and blue division") and AFC West (all original AFL members).

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Ok, seriously after that really long laugh. That will NEVER happen. The Redskins/Cowboys rivalry will never be broken up.

The NFL North had been changed in the past before. Remember when it was the NFC Central and had Tampa Bay in it? It was a pretty easy switch that made sense though. The core of the NFC North should never be tampered with.

Exactly. The NFC East (Cardinals) and AFC West (Seahawks) have also had teams removed, but like the NFC North (Central) the core rivalries remained.

Screw "regional integrity". Cowboys/Redskins/Giants/Eagles need to stay in the same conference. Throw away the North/South/East/West labels.

Wow!I know it's the first game of the season but, what an offensive performance by the Kelly coached Eagles!Talk about fun to watch, tackles lined up out wide, whole line suddenly drops to the ground, that flipped me out when I saw it.Jackson,Celek,Vick, and McCoy all scored TDS.McCoy was in beast mode last night. And besides the so called lateral,Vick played very well.I think they let up in the second half, either that or they were getting tired.

In some cases it makes sense to have them be regional because that is what makes them rivalries. That is what helps make the NFC North what it is especially in Iowa where everyone is split between the Bears, Vikings and Packers. There are some Lions fans but not as many as the other three.

I do agree with the Cowboys/Eagles/Redskins/Giants though, you can't split those up. Would be too weird to not have them all play each other every year.

If you had to switch teams in the AFC,switch the Baltimore Ravens with the Buffalo Bills. That would make a natural rivalry between the Bills,Browns,& Steelers since they are so close to each other distance wise(using Erie,PA as the epicenter).

Forgetting reality(remember,Roger also wants to expand to London,UK,how realistic is THAT?),imagine if the NFL & CFL merged & the NFL absorbed the present 8 CFL teams(minus the soon to be Ottawa expansion team). I saw possible realignment as this:

AFC East: 1. Baltimore Ravens 2. Jacksonville Jaguars 3. Miami Dolphins 4. New England Patriots 5. NY Jets

AFC North: 1. Buffalo Bills 2. Cleveland Browns 3. Hamilton Tiger-Cats 4. Pittsburgh Steelers 5. Toronto Argonauts

AFC South: 1. Cincinnati Bengals 2. Houston Texans 3. Indiannapolis Colts 4. Kansas City Chiefs 5. Tennessee Titans

AFC West: 1. BC Lions 2. Denver Broncos 3. Edmonton Eskimos 4. Oakland Raiders 5. San Diego Chargers

NFC East: 1. Dallas Cowboys 2. Montreal Alouettes 3. NY Giants 4. Philadelphia Eagles 5. Washington Redskins

NFC North: 1. Chicago Bears 2. Detroit Lions 3. Green Bay Packers 4. Minnesota Vikings 5. Winnipeg Blue Bombers

NFC South: 1. Atlanta Falcons 2. Carolina Panthers 3. New Orleans Saints 4. St. Louis Rams 5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

NFC West: 1. Arizona Cardinals 2. Calgary Stampeders 3. San Francisco 49ers 4. Saskatchewan Roughriders 5. Seattle Seahawks

I guess that the Texans-Chargers game turned into a good game, but I was burned out by then & went to bed. I am MORE than curious though how the Eagles AND Michael Vick will do the rest of the season. I just cannot imagine the Eagles keeping up the pace that they had last night without burning out or Vick getting injured. If they can play as hard on game 16(assuming that it's a meaningful game) as they did last night & still confuse their opponents, then the sky's the limit.
