You really think it would be better to have Robert Kraft and Goodell stand in front of rookies and say be good, or people like Vick and Jones who have been in their shoes and have taken the wrong paths?

where in his post did he insinuate that?

No of course not. I just don't think somebody telling them stuff not to do then the next day doing himself is a hypocrite.

The suggestion that only perfect people should be talking to rookies?

perfection is unattainable.

i don't think that's what he meant nor did he say that. i do agree there are better examples that could fill in those shoes instead of a delinquent that doesn't appear to have learned a thing from his mistakes. i like the one you mentioned before, vick. there's a guy who has made the effort to do what is right. wouldn't you agree?

Good point Rey, at least Vick has turned his life around for the better ...
Pacman continues to do as he has always done.

Just goes to show money doesnt make anyone smart. Seriosuly, what's up with these guys? Is they're "street cred" more important than their career? Amazing that someone with more to lose than
gain will put himself in a stupid situation or associate w/ criminal dumbasses.

EXACTLY my thoughts!

At best, he is beyond stupid to be involved with this situation. At worst? Well, I'd rather not even think about it!!

Got to admit mate it doesnt look good. Even if he's cleared, he's getting suspended by the NFL for atleast 4 games b/c of their conduct policy.

I know...but man, we really gotta let this go through the usual process. We still live in a country of "innocent until proven guilty" and we all know howmany times the media can screw-up a news story.
