Really,
Wow how surprising ...

And no Ocho Stinko to blab thruout !

They still have Pacman Jones who got arrested again last month.

Even if the team chosen isn't a "compelling" one, to me, the insight the series provides still makes it interesting. Last year was a prime example....

Yup, every team is interesting, and most fans could use the opportunity to recognize that these are real people behind the numbers.

Love Hard Knocks, hope the Browns weekly series returns next season too.

Two Atlanta radio hosts were suspended Monday for performing a skit mocking former New Orleans Saints player Steve Gleason, and the audio was posted by a New Orleans radio station later in the day. Gleason, who suffers from ALS, played with the Saints from 2000-2007. Atlanta’s 790 AM’s “Mayhem in the AM” ran a segment Monday morning which made fun of Gleason’s speech. He now speaks via a computer program. Rick Mack, VP and general manager of The Zone 790, released a statement Monday afternoon announcing that the co-hosts of the radio show had been suspended indefinitely. “We deeply regret the comments made by Mayhem In The AM this morning on 790 The Zone regarding former New Orleans Saints player Steve Gleason,” Mack said in the statement. “790 The Zone, Lincoln Financial Media, our sponsors and partners in no way endorse or support the unfortunate and offensive commentary concerning Mr. Gleason this morning. The members of the show involved with this incident have been suspended indefinitely pending further management review of their actions.” later in the day the Hosts was fried

I hope they got fired too.

I realize that, but Pacman Jones in NOT the person you want rookies emulating.
What kind of good advice could he possibly give these guys ?

He's a Me Me guy thats been in trouble with the law everywhere he turns.

Or he's guy who can tell a story of what not to do because he's gone down a sh!tty path in his life. I'm not sure how that's hard to understand. This is the second time he's going.

I don't think he has it in him to do anything positive for anyone, including himself.

The league wouldn't have him back if that were true.

Troy Vincent, the NFL's vice president of player engagement, told the Cincinnati Enquirer on Sunday that the Cincinnati Bengals cornerback's talk made an impression on the NFL's rookie players last year and his experiences are authentic.

"You are not going to trick an athlete. They know when it is dressed up and not real," Vincent told the newspaper. "When you can sit among your peers and just talk about your life, someone is learning from that. They can look at him and see themselves from the way they look to where they have originated."

I understand that but what kind of an example is that to tell someone one thing and then go do something totally different. It's the old do as I say not as a I do, I guess.

You really think it would be better to have Robert Kraft and Goodell stand in front of rookies and say be good, or people like Vick and Jones who have been in their shoes and have taken the wrong paths?
