NFL 2009-10 Season

I believe it. Us Browns fans are Die-Hard. We stick with our teams through thick and thin. And if you come down, lemme know. I can recommend some restaurants here in town that will rival anything you had at Chicago or Miami.

I have been to Cleveland and it is a nice "town"....and I mean that in a nice way. I like small cities/BIG towns where you don't have the hurried feeling of a major metrolpolis. But they will NOT have the restaurants they have in Miami(latin restuarants by the ton of ALL latin countries) and only NYC rivals Chicago(in great italian restaurant).

Chicago does intrigue me. If there was another city in the US I'd want to live, it'd be Chicago. As soon as we get some more bills paid off, the wife and I want to start our own restaurant. Before we do that, I'll be travelling around to find just the right spot for it....

Is it possible that maybe you and HD could end up watching the game together?

As much as I would love to, I cannot because of monetary reasons as well as earlier commitment. I have to SOMEONE catch the game at my Cousin's daughters birthday party in another room on directv ST while no one is looking....LOL!:D

and it's a shame your raiders and my fins will not meet this season. i was definitely expecting to see you at the stadium and go at it!!!!!! ;):p:D who knows, maybe our teams will meet in the playoffs......:eek:

He's backkk...................

.........and based on his first half performance in Philly, it looks like he was never away! :D

Brady has 2 TD passes to Chris Baker.............Pats 21, Eagles 6 at the half.

I believe he threw two touchdowns the last time he played against Philly (a little game called the Super Bowl- BTW, none of the guys who caught those two TD's are with the Pats today).

Let's just hope Cleveland commits to staying with the orange pants this year- we all remember what happened against last year.

On Saturday we'll find out. Let's just hope Mangini put those poopey pants to rest...

In a separate question, is there a better color in the world than ORANGE?! Seriously, the color orange is so wonderful. I love it so much I painted my living room this wonderful, cheery color!

Anyone watching the SuperBowl rematch on ESPN: Zona vs. Pittspuke?

I've been watching Pats-Eagles.

Matt, what can you tell me about Julian Edelman out of Kent State?

Pats announcers, Don Criqui and Randy Cross have been saying all night Belichick loves this kid and compares him to Wes Welker.

He returned a punt 75 yards for a TD tonight, and has also caught several passes.

The Pats currently have Moss, Welker, Galloway and former Eagle, Greg Lewis ahead of him, but Criqui and Cross say he has a decent shot of making the team.

Edelman's a former Golden Flash QB. He reminds me a little bit of Josh Cribbs, also a former KSU QB. Edelman could give teams an athlete who is experienced playing quarterback, with the ability to run. He has the ability to be productive at passing, running or receiving and should be an especially coveted weapon with the Wild Cat phenomenon becoming ever more popular in the NFL.

There's a reason why that savvy ol' sage, Mr. Belichick selected him. And I'd imagine he'll find room on the roster to keep him. Edelman has a TON of upside.

Thanks for the report! :up

I wanna tell you, he's the talk of this game tonight!

He must have close to 200 total yards (Receiving and returns) tonight!

Wow! Great news on the former Golden Flash! That's great to hear!

I tell you what, KSU isn't known for their football, but they've produced two outstanding NFL players in Josh Cribbs and Antonio Gates. Could Julian Edelman be the third?
