NFL 2009-10 Season

Unlike Rose's situation with the MLB, I don't think Goodell will let ignorance and stupid grudges past their time determine if Vick plays again.

I agree, I'm just annoyed that Rose has been left behind with no way of getting a chance to get in in 20 years now.

As someone said awhile back, had he KILLED someone, he would have been out of prison and back in society able to do whatever he wants .... but not with the MLB. :rolleyes:

No idea, I suspect that may be why there are others being sued in addition to Ben. Don't really have much of an opinion on it all myself until something comes out that makes it more than a 'he said, she said' thing.

I'd say 100% of those cases there was admitted or confirmable wrongdoing. Like a toxicology report, or some semblance of admitted guilt.

In the article, they talk about video cameras on the penthouse floor. If the video jives with the girls scenario, Ben could be in some serious trouble.

NOW the question is, what is Goddell gonna do? I mean has suspended guys before even before any criminal or civil lawsuits have been put forth....

Goddell should do NOTHING ....

It's a he said she said, nothing more, like others have said, if she had been raped, wouldn't others when she came out of the room noticed something, why didn't she go to the police right away.
There is nothing on file in the city it happened ...
All to convenient to wait a YEAR and then decide.

Hmmmm. Maybe it has something to do with Ben Roethlisberger being on Shaq's new TV Show airing in a few weeks titled "Shaq Vs." on it's parent station: ABC!!!! Don't wan't bad press getting out on their boy. :rolleyes:

Hmmmmmm....funny how ESPN stated they 'do not give press coverage to civil cases' yet we find THIS in their football section of their website:

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
