NFL 2008-09 Season

Is it hyperbole to say that we could possibly have the best division in NFL history (NFC East), and the worst (NFC West)..........here in 2008?

It's NOT hyperbole.

After what I've seen in September, you've got a point.

We could see a 9-7 NFC East team will miss the playoffs and an 8-8 team will get in.

Redskins are a VERY lucky team.

I am NOT buying the Skins.

They're a bigger fraud than the Cardinals.

They're not beating Philly next week!

How can they be a fraud when they beat the "SO CALLED" #1 team in the NFL???????

If they beat the Eagles in Philly next week, I'll buy them as legit.

Also, I want to see them play dominant for 60 minutes, not just 1 quarter.

In the Saints and Cardinals games, they looked a bit sluggish in the first half.

All they need to do is enough to win. A win is a win is a win no matter how it happens.

Actually the AFC might get a few teams of 9-7 or worse in the playoffs this season.

At this point only 7 of the 16 AFC teams are .500 or better.

In the NFC 11 of the 16 teams are .500 or better.

I think there's 9 teams in the AFC currently at .500 or better.

The NFC West and this year's N.L. West have been wretched and brutal this year.

The Angels, IMO, are the only thing keeping divisions on the West Coast above sea level.

As bad as the NL West was this year, it's no where near as bad as the NFC West. The NFC West has no team compatible to the Dodgers (or the D-Backs for that matter).
