New Genie UI now in CE testing

OK, hey everything appears to have kicked in several hours ago on my HR54 ...

Mobile DVR, VOD, channel logos, My Teams, Genie Opt-in, etc.

All working fine right now, ...

If I could just increase the font size ...

I find the new Recording List more confusing and it's not clear what you have already watched or not, it also doesn't tell you when episodes were recorded unless I'm missing something, I dislike the fact that there's no longer a mini guide for the channel you are watching to see upcoming programming without having to open the full guide.

Let alone the small fonts and blurry icons, I understand this is why it's called beta software though, but I do hope those things get fixed before national release.

Don't know for sure since I did it and then left the house for awhile, it was there when I got back a few hours later.

4 to 5 hours was mine after the "clearmybox 2"

If you go into the Recording and hit INFO, it tells you at the bottom when it was recorded,, but it's not on the main screen anywhere.

If I can get my On Demand back, I'll continue to do the CE's, but I stopped for awhile because the stuff I may be needing wasn't showing up after a weeks time.

I don't always use the Extras options, but when I need them, I want it to be there.

AFAIK if you've done CE's on the box you do the 2.

I downloaded the latest update for me which showed up but it was 0D80 not 0FCC but I haven't been on CE for a long time, is that the only place I can get the 0FCC download for my HR44/500 ? Thank you.

PS Does anyone have a link to the CE or EC forum which ever its called I forget.

Oh, thats not too bad, I was thinking a day or two.

If I can get my On Demand back, I'll continue to do the CE's, but I stopped for awhile because the stuff I may be needing wasn't showing up after a weeks time.

I don't always use the Extras options, but when I need them, I want it to be there.

If you leave your box off.. and have no recordings or tuners active.. a Clearmybox should restore everything within 2 hours(box will reboot on its own after an hour) if it doesnt then something is messed up

Remember the CE download times usually begin every Friday and Saturday evening at about 11:00 PM to around 2:30 AM the following mornings EST.

What you just d/l'ed, 0x0D80, is the new NR in the process of rolling out typically around 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM EST Monday through Sunday.

That's what happens from being on the west coast and thus the PST zone and sometimes forgetting to convert
