NCAA Football 2014 season

Wow, they are just bad. And while I think osu is much better than that game showed, it continues to hurt them in the rankings. Sheesh

Yep... so bad for the first time ever I left before a game was over, nearly 13 minutes was left in 4th when I left. They were the best team when they played OSU there is no doubt there but now they are just not a full team. The play calling and coaching is the problem and there is nothing a fan can do.
I've sold my BC ticket and I may sell my UVA ticket the last two home games left. I'm pretty much done discussing CFB this year cause of the disgust this team has given me this year.

My AU Tigers got a break on the last play when AU had two #1's in on defense. That play shouldn't had happen anyway as the prior play AU was called for hands in the face mask. The call was right but it was against the wrong team!
Doesn't matter. Unless Dee Ford comes back from the KC Chiefs, AU will not many more games this year.

Polls are out. About as I expected. State, fsu, and bama the top three. Curious how the commitee sees things Tuesday.

Finally where I can post them.

Whole lot of 1-loss teams. Hopefully things shake out a good bit more, or else it's gonna be madness chosing the 2-4 playoff seeds (assuming the cowbells lose to Alabama and/or Ole Miss), and eventually to UGA in the SEC Championship Game.

Alot of those left to play each other, at least in the SEC. Auburn and Ole miss this weekend. Bama still has State. State and Ole miss still play, as well as Bama and Auburn. That should thin out the top 5 or so. Then the SEC championship which will likely include a one loss Georgia (if they win out)

Then you have K state and TCU left to play each other, and k state also has W virg and Baylor.

Baylor has the already mentioned game and Choklahoma.

I can see a scenario where three SEC teams make it into the playoffs. Neither UGA, Auburn, or Bama looses another game and MS State stays undefeated but then lose to UGA in the SEC Championship game. IF FSU were to have a loss sometime, I think it becomes quite possible. Probably won't happen because of the outcry. But, if you want the best teams in the playoff, it is feasible.

That isn't possible due to the fact that Alabama plays Miss St on 11/15 also Auburn and Alabama play each other too, so there won't be 3 1 loss teams.

The Cowbells being undefeated would mean the following:
Alabama - 2 losses (3 if they lose to Auburn)
Auburn - 1 loss (2 if they lose to Alabama)

The loser of the SEC championship game (even if it's a previously undefeated Miss St.) will not go to the playoff, as that loss will be too recent.

The only way for the SEC to get 2 teams in, is likely for it to be UGA and the winner of the Alabama/Auburn game (if that team still only has 1 loss). Or Miss St (as the SEC champ), and Auburn with a sole loss to Miss St.
