A lot of season left to be caring about the BCS poll. I thought USCe played just as strong as Florida against LSU, who played a whole lot better this week than last. Gators will have their hands full next week.LSU putting it on SCAR in the last mins of the game.

What a ball game. Even though LSU won the game, I think that Carolina performed well and I predict they will win against the Gators next week. Steve Spurrier is a great head coach, but I would not want to play for a coach that will always blame a loss on the guys that play the game. I think the better coach won that game.
Stanford play calling was TERRIBLE down the stretch ...particularly the last series.
You got 22 players lined up tight at the 1 or 2 yard line and run it up the middle TWICE, they deserve to lose.
How about lining up that way and fake it and bootleg it, or roll out and run or throw it ?

Unless the computers change from what I have seen this past week (and they might), I look for ND to be in that third slot.
I could agree with that, they have beat bigger "names" than FLA has thus far, with FLAS only signature win against LSU (although beating LSU certainly amounts to more than beating Mich, Mich st and Stanford) but I could see ND getting the slight edge and FLA coming in at #4 and I am ok with that.
ND still has to go to OU and SoCal. I don't see them getting past both of those games unscathed.
Looking at the schedules of the remaining contenders and how they are playing, I hate to say it, but Alabama and Oregon don't have much left on their schedules to worry about. A betting man would pick those two for the BCSCG, with Bama taking the crystal home again (and I'm sure a lot of battered trailer wives will be happy about that
