NCAA Football 2011-2012

Oh he has talked about them plenty in the past. Mighty convenient for talking points that they lost. :)

I'm sorry even if Houston goes undefeated and everyone else losses one game, hell even if there is one team with one loss and everyone else had two and if lsu has one loss and Alabama has two, Houston still should nor get a shot at the title. They haven't played anyone.

Boise state has proven they can win bowl games Houston haven't yet, let then get some bowl wins under their belt against good teams before saying they deserve a shot.

Easy to talk about them today, seeing they LOST a game .... :(

yeah ain't it great! :D Loving it.....

They only dropped to #10 in BCS though so I was rather sad again at that point. The BCS guys on ESPN love to just talk right up to #6 and ignore the fact that Clemson and VT are both #7 and #8. Lots could happen here with Clemson beating S.Carolina whom is #12 thus maybe pushing them up a few spots if others lose.... so ya figure Clemson at what maybe 4th IF...I say IF cause a lot could happen. Then you match them up against Vt in a rematch at the ACCCG with VT perhaps and again I say PERHAPS.... beats the snot out of them for payback... Why not vault VT up really high... why not talk about David Wilson who's stats is better than Richardson's whom everyone keeps talking about for Heisman. I think for once Kirk H got it right with adding David Wilson's name into the mix for Heisman and he should..dude is awesome to watch play!!

While I agree their schedule is lax I really think they deserve more credit at going undefeated... not #1 just more credit regardless of schedule which is why I firmly believe a playoff is needed to settle instances like this.

So, you think Houston should be ahead of Clemson and VT with their 1 loss each? I mean they both play in the weak ACC, don't they?

Clemson beating a team five spots below them could push them up, BUT the number one team beating the number two team, on the road, in overtime, should drop them (if I remember correctly). Good logic you have going on there.......;)

You want to know how crazy all this BCS stuff is, there is a scenario where LSU could finish the season at 11-1 and not even make a BCS bowl, while Alabama, Oregon State, and even West Virginia - all 1 or more loss teams that LSU beat during the regular season - would.

There is 0 chance Vtech or Clemson make the title game, 0. Thats why they dont talk about it.

I think that's BS... a lot could happen but a long shot to say the least.

Doesn't matter what I think does it..yall seem to remind me of that a lot.

There are a lot of things that could happen in next 3 weeks... unlikely things but still its food for thought to keep things interesting...I just get tired of the same ole same ole and that's what its turning out to be.

BS Because Vtech is your team.. Facts remain. 0 chance. There would have to be a few teams losing 2 games, before Vtech is even talked about.

I'm not singling out VT in anyway here so BS regardless of VTech being my team... You don't know the facts who are you the new CFB God?

????
We all know that VA TECH IS your team...

Personally, I agree with Insider, I don't see any way that Va Tech makes the MNC game.

Great place for 4 a PLAYOFF eh...
Of course it's always a great place for a playoff if your team is not #1 or #2.

Maybe maybe not... its great to talk about any team slipping in as so much could happen in next 3 weeks any of those top 10 teams could lose another game or 2, ya just don't know. But my only concern is that VT doesn't get the ACC Title game win and get dropped into the Orange bowl against a lame Cincy team again... they obviously need some respect from a lot of people so I'd rather see them matched up with someone like Alabama and get that rematch from a few years ago... right now Houston is projected to play Alabama - now I ask anyone, which would you rather see a Alabama/VT bowlgame or a Bama/Houston (keep in mind I think Houston is doing very very good this year so disrespect to them).

I fixed this cause I always like to look at the top 10 at least the say way ESPN does the release each night.

I did provide the link to the whole poll though.
No biggie. Just didnt see the need to post any farther, in fact I think I went to far by 2.

1)LSU
2)Oklahoma St.
3)Alabama
4)Oregon
5)Oklahoma
6)Arkansas
7)Clemson
I think OU would jump over Oregon if they beat OSU, but I doubt they would get past Alabama. I'll bet that's the scenario Alabama is hoping for.

My ideal scenario is for Arkansas to pull off the upset against LSU, puttig Bama in the SEC CG AND the BCS.
OU beating OSU is second on my list, and entirely acceptable as well. ;)

Big East Expansion?

When will Ohio State get the final resolution from the NCAA?
