NCAA Football 2011-2012

Watching Arizona State at Oregon right now. Brock Osweiler is my favorite "under the radar" QB,although at 6ft. 8in.,I wonder how that is possible. Brent Musburger called him a power forward playing QB.

If Clemson is overrated man, what does that say about the team who lost to them 23-3 ?

Lol it happens...clemson came back and won but man did Maryland play well. But as I said stuff happens and I'm rather glad it did...it finally woke up our Giant QB and O-line.

I would rather clemson stay playing good and winning from here on out anyway... I was impressed by Maryland as I was with Wake forest on how well they played yesterday..shows the ACC has better teams including UVA than many thought. I'm looking forward to the VT/Clemson rematch for the ACC title :)

Decent BCS polls... I like seeing VT at #12 right where I think they belong as of now till I see otherwise even after the Clemson let down.

To be honest I think Wisc, Stanford and Clemson should all 3 be ahead of BoiseSt though. Its really interesting to see where the computers have everyone which is very different than what the voters are giving which IMO is way off...prime example Boise St where they are.

That is a really close first place there. It will of course change dramatically when they face each other.

I wonder how possible it would be for a rematch in the BCSCG if the loser of those two wins out in convincing fashion. And Oklahoma drops one of course. I dont see the loser dropping that far.

Oklahoma has a few tough games left, with K-State, A&M and Ok-State all ranked. But if Ok-State wins out, they'll be in the big game.

Texas says no to A&M for games through 2018, even in tennis.

Aww wee, I think they are mad. Good lord. Get over it, they left.
This is Texas' non-conference schedule for 2012, but they can't drop one of these to continue a rivalry dating back to 1894. There is a 50/50 shot that New Mexico won't win a game between now and 9/8/2012.

Sept. 1 WYOMING TBA
Sept. 8 NEW MEXICO TBA
Sept. 15 at Mississippi TBA

If the Texas rivalry is so important to A&M, why are they running away from the Big-12?

Yes, we are running away because Baylor, Kansas, and Iowa State are so frightening and LSU, Arkansas, and Alabama are such cup cakes.

You do know that the moment NU left for the Big Ten Texas was ready to take the entire Big 12 South (minus Baylor because CU got their spot) and form the Pac 16, don't you? You do know that if the Pac 12 would have taken OU and OSU as a couple they would already be gone, don't you? You do know that Texas tried to join the Big Ten, ACC, and Pac 12 just a month ago and were rejected by every one of those conferences, don't you?

Being "loyal to the Big 12" is a euphemism for being stuck there.

Sour grapes is all it is.

So you are comparing the lower teams of the Big 12 to the upper teams of the SEC. Last I checked Texas was being forced to give up everything A&M was so choked up over and running away from, or they were going to be left out in the cold. Texas needs the Big 12 a helluva lot more than the Big 12 needs Texas.

I am sure if A&M would like to spend some of those millions they are supposed to be getting from their move to the SEC and pay Wyoming, New Mexico or Ole Miss to drop the game, then they can play Texas.

Big East Expansion?

When will Ohio State get the final resolution from the NCAA?
