Lol, the first time the new taunting rule is called, it's on an Australian punter who had the audacity to look at the opponent and grin before crossing the goal line. Obviously no room for interpretation.

Very enjoyable back-and-forth game. I thought Miami was going to implode with all those penalties their last drive. Now they just need to keep VT from scoring a TD.

Wow! It didn't take VT long to move down the field and score a TD. Well, Miami has about a minute to get field goal to a tie.
Harris did not make very good use of the clock that final drive and the folks in Blacksburg sure do love Enter Sandman. Big win for the Hokies, painful loss for the Hurricanes.

I tuned away from the OSU/Nebraska game 40 minutes ago and the Buckeyes looked in control. What happened?

Seriously, I don't know exactly what happened since I was mostly switching back-and-forth between the ALCS and Michigan-Northwestern games...just saw glimpses of OSU scoring in the 1st half, and Nebraska scoring in the 2nd half. The Cornhuskers came back from being down 27-6.
The Refs were picking on both sides..that unsportsman like BS call on VT was after harris was standing over the guy and mouthing off in his face when he threw the ball up out of frustration. As for the ref in the way..they are part of the field can't help that...but dude I was there and it was SUPER LOUD when Sandman kicked in at the end there.... heard we busted a record of db for the stadium from the crowd getting into it!! Metallica even made a special message to VT at the start of the game - was PURE AWESOME!! Miami played a damn good game nothing to complain about really.
Damn right we love it!!! As I said in the last post... Metallica made a special video just for VT as a surprise ahead of Sandman coming on to enter the team on the field. GO HOKIES!
Braxton got hurt and Boeserman came in and they didn't move the ball anymore or score for that matter.
Thats PART of it.
