Thats what I've been saying for YEARS.
NO team should be able to play a Bowl Game at HOME ....
The Big Ten has that problem every year, every year a B 10 team has to go out and play USC at thier HOME in the Rose Bowl.
(also why I'm glad Ball State declined the Boise State offer, that I don't think was a possibility anyways)
I think they have to go to the GMAC as the # 2 team in the MAC.
There was a LOOOOONG time when a MAC team only had one bowl (could not get a 2nd bowl) now that they do have a 2nd one, the have to keep the appointment.)

Geez lighten up. Having pride in your conference is not a bad thing. Yes if FLA wins the NC game, ALL of the SEC won. They represent the SEC.. Get over it.
I hope and pray that Tulsa plays them in the GMAC Bowl.
That would be the type of game I love and you hate- tons of scoring and shoddy defense.
We the SEC did win... The SEC brought the title home the last two years, and are on the way to do it a third time.

You know what else is weird? Missouri playing in KC back to back weeks. You'd think between St. Louis, San Antonio and Houston the Big XII could stage a CG indoors somewhere. Why play in KC where it's freezing?

About Bama vs FLA..
First I have to say what a great game Bama, I really underedistmated you guys and gave you no credit, but damnt if you didnt hold one of the nations fastest and highest scoring offenses in the nation to only 31 points, and scored 20 on one of the best defenses in the nation. You guys are a class act and I would not of thought twice about cheering for you in the N Title game.
All that said is their any question anymore if FLA deserves to be in the title game?

No.
This time, unlike a few years ago, they legitimately won their way into the title game, as opposed to backing in via UCLA selling their souls to beat USC.
If Ball State plays Tulsa, they'd combine for more points than some college basketball games.
They didnt earn it 2 years ago? How not. USC lost, Florida moved up. Thats how it works. If Miz beats Ok, Texas will move up. Does that mean texas was undeserveing?
Anywho, id really hate to be the team that has to play Bama in a bowl game.. They are going to be fired up.
