See you January 8th, hope they bring their "A" game because Florida doesn't play Big 12 defense.
AP Poll out, They dropped texas Tech after a slow showing against baylor (sorry jimbo no conspiracy here) and FLA and ALA hold the 1 and 2 spot. Which I think you could rotate the top 4 in any order and justify it. All are great teams this year. Surely though the winner of the Ala/FLA game deserves at least the #2 if not the #1 spot without a doubt. The other two, sadly, Do not get to settle it on the field they have to rely on the BCS standings..
And OU doesn't play SEC offense.
But let's not count those chickens until they hatch next week.

Their defensive backs may need some help, but after playing the Big 12 south and getting their players healthy they will be great. Having said that, they still haven't won the Big 12 and they have been known to underachieve in Bowl games.
The only hope the Tide has come saturday is to not let up on Teabow. Shut him down, Rush every single play, keep him running. Although he is capable of running in the pocket and making big plays on the go, a mistake will eventually happen and hopefully the tide can take advantage of it. FLA's Defense has played great. With Spikes leading the crew, they have made huge stops when it counted and showed how good they were holding FSU to only field goals even when they started with GREAT field position.
Alabama can not win this game with field goals, they have to get into the end zone. FLA just has to control their turn overs and penalties and they should be able to roll the tide.

IMO, they'll play in the Holiday Bowl against Oregon.

I'm was guessing Holiday or Alamo a week ago. Haven't really thought out all the possibilities.

OU is too one-dimensional, IMO, to win a national title.
The Sooners are trying to go against history- no team has ever won a national title to my knowledge with the philosophy of 'throw the defense out the window- just score a bazillion points!'
