Michigan falling out of the polls is having a domino effect in the polls. Maybe the pollsters are thinking if the supposed best team in the conference got beat by a nobody (albeit, a very good nobody), how good can the rest of the conference be? If Michigan rolls over the conference, it will lower their standing even more. It will actually be better for the Big Ten if Michigan continues losing, then Michigan will be viewed as just being overrated, and the fallout on the other teams will be minimal. OR - on the other hand, beating Youngstown St. is not that impressive to the pollsters. I would blame Michigan, that's what you do in Buckeye country, isn't it?
