Plus Devan Downey probably had the best game of anyone who has missed 20 shots in a game ever.SC had a bunch of friendly whistles and some that should have been called on them.

If you want to see a crazy college atmosphere, check out the BYU-New Mexico game, being played in The Pit. It's something special, probably the loudest college basketball arena, especially when the Lobos are good...and this year they're good.
Enjoy!

Watching that game from home couldn't have helped Calhoun's stress level. At least if he were at the game he could let off some steam at the team... :rant:ugh. PeeCee has our number again. %^#$^#$%^#$&^^&#
Anders - you and I could do a "facepalm-off" at our 2 teams this year.
Marshall (you know, the FOOTBALL school ) came thisclose to beating Memphis last night.
Just sayin'...
Sandra
LOL. You're right Hancox. Although we won our last game so my stress level has come down quite a bit. It's scary how similar our teams have been this year.ugh. PeeCee has our number again. %^#$^#$%^#$&^^&#

They still had plenty coming back. UConn beat Texas and played Kentucky pretty tough. They should not be dropping as many games as they have been.UConn lost so much from last year's team. Replacing Thabeet and Price is not easy.
Pretty cool old-school pic of Bob Knight as a Buckeye on 1960 National Championship team. Knight & other '60 Bucks will be back this weekend to celebrate their 50th anniversary. ...
Georgetown just blasted dook.
Georgetown just blasted dook.
Greg Monroe was the top player in HS a couple of years ago. He's as blue chip as they get. What I don't get is why Georgetown wasn't better last year. They beat UConn and Villanova on the road, but lost to nearly everyone else. This year they are playing like they should.I'm impressed by Georgetown this year.
They don't have any of the blue-chip recruit stars like they did a few years ago- Green, Hibbert, Ewing Jr.- and they're still winning.
That shows how hiring JT III was a stroke of genius.
