The big east or whatever hasn't compared to any of said conferences in a few years. My point was they are still in the eyes of the bcs considered a "major" conference.

I question the label as applied here. This season.

Big Ten isn't any worse or better than they have been in the last 3-5 years.

They are worse this year. Normally you see more than 3 teams in the top 25 at the end of the season.

Well, till today they did have 3 in the top 25, Ohio State, Michigan State and Wisconsin, but I see Whisky lost today.

Hmmm,

I don't really expect FSU to have much trouble in the ACC game, so I'm ok with the time for that one.
I DO want to see both the sec and the Big Ten games though.

Is the sec game at 3 est ? and 4 CST right ?
SEC is at 3 Central....BTN is at 7
So there is 4 hours between the games.....HOPEFULLY you can see both games in its entirety.....

We shall see ... at worse, I would miss the end of the sec game. unless it's down to the wire in which case I can record the Big Ten and catch up that way.

Isn't it unusual to have the sec game in the afternoon, most of the Big sec games during the year are 7-8 pm games.

CBS has only carried 2 SEC games at night...normally they are on at 2:30 CST
Next week CBS has a lead in of a college basketball game

CBS is also carrying the inaugural MWC Championship at 9 Central (8 in the Mountain time zone)

What do you wanna bet, Bama ends up right behind Auburn when the polls come out.

I'm thinking ...

FSU
Ohio State
Auburn
Bama

or
FSU
Auburn
Ohio State
Bama

or
FSU
Auburn
Bama
Ohio State

oh and those are dont like a playoff in D2 you had 3 major upsets on teams who had a bye last week including the #1 team (Mankato State here in MN) lose to the 12 seed

Oh I know they will, any other ranked team loses and they drop 5-6 spots minimum. I'm sure the Pokes will get screwed by having a bye week and won't move up too.

Thats the way Ohio State usually is too, if they take a bye week and others lose, they never move up.

Which one of the scenarios do you see come Sunday night of the above standings ?

Carolina beat Mizzou in overtime, Carolina beats #6 Clemson. Auburn beats Alabama. Did I get this right? Carolina/Alabama would make a great bowl game. ?
