Your right 10 and 16 would be the same number of weeks. The number of weeks would be 4 and not 3

And it's true, the Big Ten DID take longer time off than the rest till the last two years.

All the other conferences play into Dec, the Big Ten was done before Thanksgiving ... do the math.

All the other conferences use to take weeks off, the Big Ten has always played straight thru till recently.
