His dna was found on her panties.
How about in her? Did the rape kit show any physical injuries?
Was it a case of drunk she said, drunk he said?
Was there actual force used? Or a case of regret?

The woman, who says Winston sexually assaulted her at an off-campus apartment on Dec. 7, 2012, was a fellow FSU student but withdrew from classes after details of the incident were released to media by Tallahassee police last week. On Thursday morning, Winston's attorney said his client had sex with the woman but that it was "absolutely" consensual.

As if Winston, or ANY person accused of this crime would ever say "no, I forced myself on her after she repeatedly said no...."

These types of cases are rough. On the one hand you want to feel sorry for the woman and want to believe her, and believe that no one could ever lie about something so bad.. But then you hear so many stories of just that happening. and unfortunately when it is a case that is completely he said she said and no physical evidence of abuse it makes it extremely tough.

Hmmm, The NCAA will suspend him on a Tuesday and reinstate him on a Wednesday ... oh wait they already pulled that one before ...
He'll be suspended after the conference championship and reinstated before the bowl game ... oh wait, that's been done before also.

especially when both were drinking.

Going to be interesting tomorrow and probably favor OSU a little more now than Baylor, although Baylor has an excellent running game too. Lewis Field at Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater is now a sheet of ice. It's been raining/sleeting there all day and temps were around 30 and dropping now. Supposed to be around 22 tonight, and will be barely above freezing tomorrow in Stillwater with a high around 34 and wind chills in the low 20's by game time. Field runs east/west and the wind is blowing 20-25mph out of the North and expected to stay that way tomorrow. It may affect kicking in the east endzone where stadium is slightly open and merges with Gallagher Iba Arena. Also had a little 3.7 earthquake in Stillwater area this morning.

Who has the better running game ?

I don't recall Baylor running the ball .... at all ...

Baylor has a very very good running game. 300yds a game good. One of the best in the country that gets overshadowed by the passing game. I think Lache Seastruck is still out with injury, but Shock Linwood stepped right in and they didn't miss a beat. Baylors top receiver Tevin Reese is out too and that probably wont hurt their receiving corp either. Baylor has a lot of depth.

Baylor hasnt really had to rely totally on the running game this season. OU forced them to go run for most of the first half before Baylor adjusted and started picking them apart through the air. Playing in the cold westher is something Baylor hasn't had to do yet either and it is going to be cold, wet and windy.

Weather is bad enough tonight they postponed most of the high school playoff games till tomorrow afternoon, so the teams and fans werent trying to drive across the state on icy roads tonight.

Musschimp won't get out with a job
FSU will probably name the score next week

I was thinking he had another year....However if they lose this one its going to be hard for them to find a reason not to fire him.
