You are missing the forest for the trees. The kids name is getting run thru the mud and he isnt even a suspect. The States Attorney is obviously playing politics so he has an out when he has to admit no charges will be filed. His job is actually to make sure it's fairly prosecuted, but he's done nothing but make these wild statements (like collusion accusations) in defense of the victim. If it was you, I'm sure it'd bother you a bit.

As far as NC vs Heisman, he's said all he is worried about is the a champ. trophy. It's still not right to potentially lose the Heisman because once again the media reporting and some law enforcement people shat the bed.

Its not as bad of course, but does Duke Lacrosse ring a bell? It's too easy for everyone to run straight to guilty when there is a female who was allegedly sexually assaulted...

And you are making assumptions based on media report...and unless you have and inside scoop in the DAs office...You are assuming you know this kid. Until you and FSU fans saw him play this year, you guys knew nothing about him

The part that you cant get, is you have a 19yr old kid that may not get the Heisman strictly because he did... wait for it...nothing. Great world aint it. If I had a team this close from being in the championship game, the Heisman is the least of my teams worries. I am 1000% sure that every single Heisman trophy winner that has never played in a championship game would trade that trophy for a chance every single time.

But maybe I am different. I don't care about individual trophies and more about team trophies....championship ones.

Ok guys,
Who wants to see Baylor against Bama or FSU ?

Better hope the top 2 don't lose or this is what your gonna have.

The Human voters LOVE the high octane offense of Baylor more than OSU apparently.

OSU is the name brand, known commodity, Baylor the Cinderella, so they always prefer the Cinderella.

Looks like Baylor moves past OSU next week regardless, for whatever reason, provided they both Win.

In all reality, it doesn't matter at all what position you end up in if it's not the top 2.
OSU is already booked for the Rose Bowl if they win out, unless one of the top 2 lose and now probably even if one of the top 2 would lose.

I would think OSU would move past Baylor by the end of the year after they play in the B10 Championship game, but ya never know.
