News just in from planet Bizarro, if the Knicks beat the Heat tomorrow they move percentage points ahead of Charlotte into the eight and final playoff spot in the east.
The truth is, there is serious separation between the top four in the east and the rest of the conference, and the Knicks probably don't even belong on the same court as the Heat either. Still, in August the thought of the Knicks moving into a playoff spot Christmas day seemed plausible only if you were talking about Christmas day 2010.
Would be nice to stay out of the lottery, since Isiah gave away next year's first round draft pick, and did not lottery-protect it.

Very classless fans and players in L.A. I must say. Throwing water bottles and foam fingers on the court when your team get's annihilated?! Pft. Throwing cheap shots and technical fouls when the other team get's under your skin? Pft. Where's the Christmas Spirit Lakers?

He is right up there when it comes to floppin', cheap shots and getting under you skin with dirty play....Howard is a K-L-U-T-Z on offense. He is looking like this generation's Pat Ewing. The only way Ewing could ever score was to put his left shoulder down and plow acrosss the top of the lane and then finally shoot after walking four steps. Howard will have to learn to do that.

It's stunning how far the Bulls have fallen.
