Joakim Noah To LeBron James: "You're A Jerk"

This little rift happened Friday night when I was at the game. Reason #125 I can't stand Joakim Noah....

This is the first time I've seen something like this happen:

Iverson returns home: Denver Nuggets 93, Philadelphia 76ers 83

Interesting box score:

The three Philadelphia guards that the statistician designated to be playing SG, or shooting guard, logged a combined 95 minutes, while the only person credited with any PG, or point guard, minutes, Royal Ivey, played just 8 minutes and was credited with no assists.

The home team went 8 for 9 from the line, whereas the visiting Nuggets went 24 for 26, with that differential more than accounting for the margin of victory. What is the NBA record for fewest free throw attempts by a home team. This might be like the old Lloyd Free, Doug Collins, George McGinnis, Julius Erving, my-turn, your-turn teams of the 1970s, but without the one-on-one talent. Remember how Bill Walton said they stopped them in the playoffs? He said they figured out that whoever had the ball was going to bounce it twice and then shoot it.

The bench went 1 for 15 from the field and 0 for 0 from the line, with just one assist in 39 combined minutes. Why, they should be benched!

Iverson led his team with 6 assists. If they lose like this again, Iverson will likely take it upon himself to figure out how he can contribute more to the team. Uh, oh...

My boys just like to have fun Sandra. Let them be. :p

PS, it looks like LeBron is doing the "Papplebon" and that Danny Green can dance his butt off! LOL!

It still wasn't right for him to dance. If the roles had been reversed all the NBA would be jumping on Noah and you know it.

I don't think they were dancing to show-up the opposing team. The dancing took place during one of the intermissions. On the jumbo-tron, there was music playing and the "scream team" (on-court entertainers during intermissions) were encouraging everyone in the crowd to dance while music was being pumped through the arena's speakers. LeBron and the boys were simply joining in.

This took place all last year as well. At any point in the game, it wasn't unusual to see guys laughing hysterical, doing elaborate high-fives, dancing, etc. This group is all about having fun and I actually find it refreshing that they don't take themselves too seriously. I can see how an opposing team might not understand that though.

OK, so then you understand why Noah was jawing at James. I'm sure if Orlando was dancing all over the place in game six, and James said something to Hedo Turkoglu, you would be commending James for sticking up for his team.

Looks like you're back to 124 reasons... ;)

I'm sorry, from a neutral observer, the dancing thing is just weird.

Like I said, I can understand how an opposing team might take it. My boys are harmless though. :)
