NBA Basketball 2009-10 Season

I don't think anyone reported their demise...the rest of the pack is just slowly catching up.....

Actually, their demise was reported right here in this thread, after Cleveland's first game of the year, by The Insider:

Looks like the cavs are out. Itll be Celtics vs Magic in the east. I think the Magic can matchup well against the Celtics and take the east again. The cavs will just be yet another ohio team that underperforms to the hype.

It was really a joke at first, to spur conversation, however as the season rolls on its becoming more and more true.

And the magic and cavs meet 2 more times. Well see how it turns out when the magic do not have 9 sick/or injured players vs the cavs..

How in the world could you make that assessment after 1 game? Using your logic, you should have changed your opinion after the Magic-Cavs game earlier this year.

Apparently he is misunderstood that the NBA is not a one game elimination tournament like March Madness. ;)

Iverson accepts 76ers' offer

Dust off the No. 3 jersey. Allen Iverson is a Philadelphia 76er again.

Wait, your sample size is ONE PERSON....who more than likely said it to get a reaction and not actually mean it....?? Really? Seriously?? LOL!!!

You said "I don't think anyone reported their demise". And I showed you someone who reported their demise. I said it was one person, which is all it was. This entire thread isn't a big sample size...

And apparently he stands by that statement!

I didn't say I agreed with him, I said he said it. That's all.

No idea why you're pursuing this part of it...

Knicks with the surprising blowout of the year last night over Phoenix.

Perhaps they read Sandra's words on this site and were inspired by one of their fans?

Well, they did it.

The New Jersey have set the record for most consecutive losses to start a season.

They are 0-18.

I found it fittingly ironic that their opponent was the Mavs, which featured Jason Kidd, the guy who made the Nets respectable when he was there.
