MLB POST SEASON 2010

That said, I'm rooting for the Reds...because of Ramy, because I want the Phillies out should the Yankees reach the World Series, and because the Reds are a VERY easy team to root for.

OMG Ramy, we're in trouble now....we just got the Sandra seal of approval!!!...;)

Here is my take...

1. Most five game series are absolute toss-ups. The better teams tend to win seven game series, but five game series are a completely different animal. One good pitching performance or one big hit can put you squarely in the driver's seat.

2. The Twins have to beat the Yankees SOMETIME...don't they? I mean, the level of domination since 2002 against a very good team is almost unheard of. The Yankees are 54-18 against the Twins since then...crazy. The law of averages says the Twinkies are due.

3. The question is, will the Yankees get enough pitching to support their hitting?

4. Another question is, will the Phillies get enough hitting to support their pitching? If they hit like they did for a good part of the summer, their pitching better be spectacular. That said, I'm rooting for the Reds...because of Ramy, because I want the Phillies out should the Yankees reach the World Series, and because the Reds are a VERY easy team to root for.

5. Cliff Lee is going to be a nice #2 starter next year. ;)

6. Post season baseball in San Francisco...gotta love it. They BEAT LA!!!

7. When that series returns to Atlanta, will anyone be there to watch?

8. Not the same without the Red Sox in the playoffs.

9. Does Dish still carry TBS? For how long? ;)

10. If the Twins make it to the World Series, they'll be playing outdoor baseball in November in Minnesota. Wow.

Sandra
And have yet to ever bring SF a World Championship

They are facing Halladay. It was nearly impossible to win game 1. There best chance will be against Oswalt as he has been very inconsistent this year

Baker takes Wood out of the game after pitching 3 scoreless innings.

What was he thinking?

Halladay is throwing a no hitter. Halladay is throwing a no hitter. Halladay is throwing a no hitter. Halladay is throwing a no hitter. Halladay is throwing a no hitter. Halladay is throwing a no hitter.

Hoping for a jinx. LOL

In his brilliant career, Roy Halladay has never pitched in the postseason.

Gee, I wonder how he'll respond? ;)
