Beltran SHOULD have been a Marlin BEFORE Reyes. He would have been cheaper, better for the line-up and would have taken care of an OF need. BUT...shoulda, woulda, coulda and if my aunt had ballz she'd be my uncle...:rant:

I originally wanted the Tigers to sign Reyes, I still think it would have been a good move for them, solidifying the SS position and giving them an aggressive base runner and good bat.

I gotta say I'm getting pretty tired of hearing about how the umps gave us the first 2 games or how the Yankees are losing the games. No one can just say the Tigers are playing better and winning the games. Nationally they have basically gotten zero credit.

Who cares what the media says. Most of the time it is a good thing as the teams get a chip on the shoulder. All it matters is the totals in the win and loss columns.
