MLB 2012 Postseason

Well this sucks.

I was hoping the Giants would be knocked out, and they win
I was hoping the A's would win, and they were knocked out
I was hoping the Yanks would be knocked out, and they win

So far three of the four series has gone the opposite of what I was hoping.

Now I can only hope the Nats defeat the Cards.

I too want to see the Nats advance to the NLCS. I hope your luck changes soon.

Here are my predictions, going all the way to the World Series:

ALWC: Rangers over Orioles
NLWC: Cardinals over Braves

ALDS: Tigers over Athletics in 4
Yankees over Rangers in 5

NLDS: Giants over Reds in 5
Cardinals over Nationals in 4

ALCS: Yankees over Tigers in 6

NLCS: Giants over Cardinals in 6

World Series: Giants over Yankees in 7

I need the Cards to win to be four for four in the LDS (I did get the AL Wild Card Game wrong however)

These are much more manageable game times for those of us in the eastern time zone. I had a pretty tough week at work staying up for all those games in Oakland.

The are teeing off on Adam Wainwright

I'm done with this game uses it gets a little closer. Time to watch my CMU Chippewas take out Navy on ESPN2.

Edit: scratch that. Navy broke away from my chips with the last few possessions.

Well, the last outs are the toughest to get. And we saw what the Cardinals did last year down to their final strike.

Until the 27th out is recorded, STL is not out of it.
