Is naming Dish packages after precious metals a mistake?

Didn't/doesn't DirecTV use metals? Dish should use something "original" like gemstones (opal/ruby/sapphire/diamond?) or maybe HDTV technologies (CRT/LCD/DLP/Plasma?)

The olympics didn't award medals until 1908 officially, 1896 unofficially, but I was just joking with you on the comment. Those are awards though, not classes/categories of service. :)
