HR10-250 Keeps Re-booting

Hello,

I have an HR10-250, bought it when it first came out. I have never had any problem with it up until a couple of months ago. It would sporadically re-boot itself for no apparent reason. At first this would happent a couple of times every two weeks or so. However, today it seems to have got much worse, it has re-booted a total of six times in the past 4 hours. This unit was purchased brand new, and has never been hacked or tampered with. Any ideas as to what is causing this, or should I take it back to the store, as I have a service plan with it.
 
Try doing a reset and clear function. That wipes out all your recordings and season passes and other user settings but for some folks it's corrected the rebooting. If that doesn't help, or don't want to mess with it, just try to get a replacement since your harddrive might be starting to have problems.

My HR10-250 was doing the occasional reboot and the reset/clear worked, no problems since then and it's been 3 or 4 months since that happened.
