Received the H382 this morning at 4:22 am and when I turned on the TV at 7am a notification on the screen about a new home screen.
I pressed the Home button and got " We're sorry this unavailable at this time, if this problem persists call DISH at ..."
Decided to do an unplug and the restart took longer than usual and the Complete signal loss screen came up and would not go away.
Unplugged again and the restart does a System Check. Then the aqiuiring signal box, then Complete signal loss screen again. Finally the TV came back on after a minute or two after pressing the home screen button.
Changed it back to the Classic version. No like the Modern version or waiting for the internet to bring it up
Did the same on the 2nd TV with wired J2.
