I've been having issues, every couple of weeks requiring a Red Button Reset, and when the restart happens, I often have anywhere from 16 to 32 errors on the Hard Disk.
It always recovers from all of them, but, as a computer tech, this does not seem good to me.
I've already been in connection with DTV about it, and they have told me that if I continue to keep having problems, they have noted my account and will swap out my Genie.
Is this a software issue causing this for many customers, or, do I indeed have a failing hard drive?
