I had my genie installed for new service on Saturday. When I search for a show on directv's website and try to set my DVR I keep getting an error message "We were unable to process your request at this time. Please try again, or call Customer Service at 1-800-531-5000". I have tried both series and episode. Also when I look at the guide it does not give me my local Philadelphia stations it gives me NYC and LA stations. I was told it would take 24 hours for everything to take effect and it has now been longer. What can I do to remedy this situation?
