We need to start following the stock price of these oil companies and the dividends paid out anlog with these pump prices. This may be a recourse for us to get something back.

Dont feel to bad, we had an early gas tax hike because our gas went up past the %25 of the total cost of gasoline on january 1st.
What pisses me off most is the fact that most Americans are complaining and then doing nothing to slow their consumption. More people turn out to protest Paris Hiltons jail term than will do anything about their consumption of gas.
So the idea is to have the price be lowered, reducing the incentive to use less fuel? At the same time, cut the money to the agency that maintains the roads.... Our state legislation is considering repealing the state taxes on fuel for the summer to help ease the pain.
