E-mail address for dish tech support?

Does anyone know the address for dish tv tech support?

I want to e-mail Dish about a contiuning problem, and do not want to have to go thr a level 1 tech support, then talk to a level 2 tech support etc.

I don't believe they have an email address. The only way i know to get to tech support is to go through the phone prompts.
