Irritating phone call to Dish support

There are a lot of those in Florida, I have seen them when we were looking at houses here.

Quite a few with elevators also, my wife pushed for one of those that she liked ( not a big fan of it because of the price, but she wanted it), about to put a offer on it, but someone else did right before, I was quite happy about it.

Yep and I have even seen here in San Francisco where houses are small where the child's room has it while the Master bedroom of the parents don't even when the house was completely renovated and both bedrooms are new and did not exist before.
