I hear the beta team gave them a years worth of bugs to fix.....
They did the same for me regarding the HopperGo. Still waitig to hear something...
I have heard a bunch of dates for release... none of which they have hit... so I don't post dates so people don't get mad at me when the date comes and goes. 
I will say that this remote keeps getting better and better. The voice functions are great. I like changing channels just by saying what channel I want to watch... no more remembering channel numbers.

I will be honest and say... I wish the 52.0 had voice control in it too. While the touchpad is nice, I am still a button guy.
I hope the mini guide and trending get moved to a 2 tap pad instead of a swipe. 2 or 3 times a night it gets accidently activated.
I use all three actually... its whatever remote I can find at the time.
I wish you luck with that.....Just got word that we will receive ours beginning of next week.
I just did an online chat and was told it was releasing July 30. Still not in the system for preorders though.
I just chatted and ordered two at no charge. Since I got Hopper 3 and 4K Joey when they first came out, a supervisor was able to arrange it.
