BTW I was told that when you get this upgrade to do a CHECK SWITCH after the software is installed to avoid some issues. Once you do check switch all problems should be gone.

had issues with this today, (Fri)..didn't have this info and couldn't get sigs on the 3900....Memo says to download software..OK ..but if i can't get 119, no download is possible....any advice?.... I'm an 8 yr vet of Dish who can fix just about any DN problem.This one's got me scratching my head....
I live close by the job and I am almost willing ot bring the receiver to my house to check it out and if it's good download it here..I peaked the dish and my meter was screaming....Swapped LNB ,same problem...put the receiver in another room used different port on new LNB, same deal....
