? Plus, how many programs do you need to record at once anyway? I have never been in a situation where I need to record more than 5 programs at any one time.

A family of 4 can Easily find 5 different things to record at the same time. I Have 3 on monday Night alone.
My house is good with 7 recording tuners.


I refuse the C31 cause I'd rather the extra tuners with the H25's.

you must not record much.
Monday's I have conflicts where it has to bump a program to the "west coast replay" of a program
Heck yesterday I had 3 hours where it was 5 things recording (but that was college b-ball games)
Friday's I have times where I have to bump Smackdown to the Universal replay on Saturday nights due to 3 things on nets and more than 1 college hockey game

But I guess we all record different things
